If you are allergic to iodine then do not consume too much a day (a cup a day) or do not use seaMoss at all. Seamoss comes from the sea so it contains iodine like many sea life . So far I have not heard of anyone having an allergic reaction to it but it’s still best to be aware :)
Red SeaMoss should not be consumed.
